Pull Lines: Lower Limb Anatomy 1, Unit 6

Pull Lines: Lower Limb

Hang the muscles of the hip, thigh, leg, and foot on the skeleton, predict what each one does, and watch the limb move.

Sections 6.4 Muscles That Move the Thigh, 6.5 Muscles That Move the Leg, 6.6 Muscles That Move the Foot

How to play

  1. Read the muscle name and hint, then tap its origin pin or pins on the bones.
  2. Tap the insertion pin. The cord snaps into place as a muscle.
  3. Predict an action, then press Contract. The board shows the line of pull; the figure shows the movement, with the insertion moving toward the origin when the origin is held relatively fixed.
  4. Every step works by keyboard, and there is no time limit.
