Learn the three main text styles in Word:
Normal:
This is text
Styled:
Bold makes text thicker and darker. Use it for important words.
Bold is the most common style.
Italic makes text slanted. Use it for book titles or emphasis.
Use for book titles and foreign words.
Underline draws a line under text. Use it only a little.
Underline is less common now. Bold is usually better.
